We have a 2 day handling time, but we prioritize our website orders over our eBay and Amazon orders and use the same shipping system.  

We follow the same 30 days return policy as through eBay. If you have any problems with your order contact us immediately using our contact form and we will help you ASAP. 

If you are a guest a receipt with information on your order will be sent after purchase. Once the order has been processed a tracking number will be sent to the same email you provided. 

For members, the order can be tracking within the account used to purchase the items.
