30-Day Limited Warranty (Appliances Only)
Warranty Coverage
All refrigerators, stoves, washers, and dryers sold by Gen Tools & Appliances include a limited 30-day warranty, effective from the date of purchase. This limited warranty covers functional or mechanical failure only. It does not cover cosmetic condition, personal preference, or non-functional concerns.
Warranty Claim Process
If an appliance fails to function properly within the 30-day warranty period, the customer must contact Gen Tools immediately to report the issue.
Upon receiving a warranty claim, Gen Tools reserves the right to send a qualified technician to:
- Verify that the appliance was properly connected and installed
- Confirm that the issue is not the result of misuse, incorrect installation, electrical issues, or external damage
If, after inspection, the technician determines that the appliance is defective or not functioning due to a mechanical failure covered under this warranty, Gen Tools will proceed with one of the following options, at its discretion:
- Exchange the appliance for a similar unit, subject to availability
- Issue a refund if no replacement unit is available
Warranty Exclusions (Not Covered)
This limited warranty does not cover:
- Returns or exchanges due to customer dissatisfaction or change of mind
- Size, color, style, or depth preference, including counter-depth claims
- Cosmetic wear, scratches, dents, or damage occurring after purchase
- Damage caused by misuse, modifications, impact, or improper handling
- Issues resulting from improper installation, incorrect voltage, or electrical problems
- Returns or refunds requested without technician inspection or prior authorization from Gen Tools
Important Conditions
- All appliances are sold as open-box / liquidation items
- The appliance must be returned in the same physical condition as sold
- No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be processed without prior approval from Gen Tools
- This warranty is strictly limited to functional or mechanical issues only
Customer Acknowledgment
- The appliance was inspected or accepted in its current condition
- This is a limited warranty and not a satisfaction guarantee
- Returns or refunds are not accepted based on personal preference or “because the customer “did not like the item””buyers remorse”
